- What will installation labor cost if it doesn't fit perfectly?
- If it fails in 6–12 months, what's the replacement, removal, and reinstall cost?
If the answer to #2 or #3 is significant, the cheaper product is the more expensive one. That's not a slogan. It's a spreadsheet.
